We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a family workspace, adding patient profiles, logging health events, or requesting services. This includes names, contact details, medical history, prescriptions, and lab reports.
Your data is strictly used to coordinate care. We use it to populate your family timeline, generate medicine refill reminders, and provide context to our care coordinators when you request a service.
We do not sell your data. We share health information with our local partners (pharmacies, labs, doctors, nurses, transport) only when you explicitly request a service, and we only share the minimum information necessary to complete that specific assigned job.
Family, partner, and staff access are separated by strict role-based access controls. Relatives you invite to your workspace can only view what you permit them to see. Technical controls are continuously audited to protect your data against unauthorized access.
